Kaap Koffie (Kaap de Groene Hoop)

Kaap Koffie is the coffee of Kaap de Groene Hoop at NDSM in Amsterdam-Noord. Green beans from Cooagronevada, a women-led organic cooperative in Colombia's Sierra Nevada, and from the Dominican Republic are carried across the Atlantic once a year by their sail-cargo initiative Kaap Kargo, then roasted in Amsterdam by Spot On Coffee Roasters.
