Single-origin coffee roasted on a fully electric Stronghold, backed by solar panels.
Founded in 2020 by Stephany Marmolejo and Darius Karremans. Kolibri roasts on an all-electric Stronghold roaster, runs its operations on solar panels, packs in recyclable LDPE bags and recycled-cardboard boxes, and offers reusable buckets to local wholesale customers. Roastery visits by appointment.
